Sandwich-roll with salmon
Ingredients:
1 pcs. loaf
100 g salmon - fillets
salmon which to choose? we'll show
100 g hard cheese
6 pcs. pickled sprats - 4
4 Art. l. cottage cheese
1 Art. l. lemon juice
1 Art. l. sour cream
1 onion white and red - on the head
8 pcs. lettuce
ground black pepper
salt
dill
Baton without crust cut along the thin layers of wide and rolled with a rolling pin.
For fish paste, mix chopped anchovy fillets with cheese, sour cream and lemon juice, salt, pepper.
The formation of bread put on tape and cover the thin slices of salmon and cheese. Place fish on top of the cooked pasta, half the rate of shredded lettuce and chopped white onion. Fold the dense sandwich rolls, wrap film and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Before serving, remove the foil, cut roll into slices 3 cm thick and place on a plate covered with shredded red onion and remaining lettuce, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
