Salmon "Asian"
1,5 kg salmon
6 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
? tsp. finely chopped garlic
Combine all marinade ingredients, whisking, drizzle the fish with half the mixture, leave for 15 minutes
Drain the marinade, put the fish on a preheated oil pan, fry each piece on both sides for 5-10 moment.
Before serving salmon "Asian" poured the remaining sauce, with roasted sesame seeds and green onions.
