Salad-Asian
Required products:
60 g noodles "glass"
200 g bamboo shoots canned
150 g tuna canned in its own juice
150 g cabbage Chinese
1 PCs sweet red pepper
1 garlic - clove
1 tbsp. ginger, pepper
5 tbsp. vegetable oil
5 tbsp. soy sauce light
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. seasoning Chinese
25 g shiitake mushrooms dried
1 green onions - beam
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
Noodles, pour warm water and leave to swell for 10 minutes. Mushrooms, cover with water, leave on for 20 minutes, then chop. Noodles and mushrooms and cook in salted water for 5 minutes.
For the marinade, mix the chopped garlic, ginger, soy sauce, Chinese seasoning, vinegar and oil.
Pepper remove seeds and partitions, cut into strips, combine the noodles and mushrooms, add the sliced bamboo shoots and pour the marinade. Be kept for at least 30 minutes.
Tuna unfilled mash, add sliced strips of cabbage and pickled ingredients. When serving, sprinkle salad with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
