Salad "Ekaterina"
For the recipe You will need:
250 g noodles
200 g mushrooms
100 g chanterelles
100 g russulas
3 PCs egg
1 lettuce - beam
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. vinegar, grape
5 tbsp. olive oil
1 green onions - beam
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
pepper, salt - to taste
The noodles cook in boiling salted water, drop in a colander and rinse with cold water. After glass of water, put the noodles in a salad bowl and add the vegetable oil. Mushrooms, chanterelles and Russula finely chopped. The squeeze garlic and add to the mixture of the heated butter and vegetable oil, to fry this mixture of mushrooms. Lettuce and boiled eggs finely chopped.
To prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, pepper, salt, vinegar. In a salad bowl put the chopped eggs and salad, and top with mushrooms and noodles mixed with marinade. Let stand 20 minutes, then stir and serve.
