Mushrooms, baked with homemade noodles
800 g fresh mushrooms
60 g butter

2-3 onions
2 egg yolk
1 glass sour cream
2,5 tbsp. grated cheese
black pepper

To prepare the noodles:
2 glass flour
2 eggs
4 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
Wash, peel the mushrooms, cook for 20-25 minutes in salted water, drain in a colander, chop.
Finely chop onions, passionate in butter until Golden, add the cooked mushrooms, pepper, salt and stir.
Cooking noodles: sift the flour on the working surface of the slide to do in the center of the recess, break the eggs into it, add a little water, salt, knead the dough - it should keep up with the work surface and hands.
Roll out the dough with a thin layer, leave on for a few minutes to oltuski, cut into strips 2-3 cm wide, lay them on each other, then cut into long, very thin strips, separated, scattered along the working surface.
In salted water for 10-15 minutes to boil cooked noodles and drain it in a colander, pour over hot water, let dry.
Combine mushrooms and noodles, stir.
Take a clay pot, coat them with oil, put the mushrooms with noodles, bake for 20-30 minutes at a moderate temperature.
Combine sour cream and half the grated cheese, egg yolks, pour the mixture to the mushrooms with noodles, sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake for another 7-10 minutes until Browning of the cheese.
Before serving, mushrooms, baked with homemade noodles, pour melted butter, served hot.
