The meat broth with noodles
For broth:
150 ml Meat broth;
20 g Carrots;
Parsley and dill
10 g Noodles;
Salt
For noodles:
20 g Wheat flour;
One quarter of the egg
10 ml Water;
Salt
In beef broth chopped carrots and proverif about half an hour, bring to a boil and add the noodles, then add salt and cook for 10 more minutes. Before serving, add finely chopped greens.
For noodles to knead a dough from flour, water, eggs and salt and infuse the dough about half an hour. Then, on a floured Board roll out the dough so thin as it will turn out and cut into narrow strips, again sprinkle with flour. The strips may be folded on each other, again cut into small strips and dried for some time on a cutting Board.
