Noodles with cheese
350 g flour
200 g cottage cheese
100 g sour cream
60 g fat
1 egg
1 tbsp. grated cheese
salt
Flour pour on the working surface, to break an egg, add a little water, knead the dough, roll it, cut noodles, then cook the noodles in salted water.
Ready noodles drain in a colander to drain the water, add the melted fat.
Before serving, add the noodles to the cheese and sour cream, grated cheese.
Further noodles with cottage cheese mixed and served.
