Fried noodles
Required products:
200 g noodles
125 g pork lean - pulp
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
5 tbsp. mushrooms cooked finely chopped
50 g spinach - leaves
1 PCs pickles
parsley
3 tsp. wine red
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. corn starch
1 sugar - a pinch
The noodles boil for 5 minutes, then drain in a colander and rinse with warm water.
Meat cut into strips, fry in half the norms oil for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, washed spinach and sliced cucumber. While stirring, pour in the sauce and simmer until cooked meat.
For the sauce, starch diluted in 1 teaspoon of water, add wine, salt, sugar, mix well.
The warm noodles with the remaining oil for 3 minutes.
Hot noodles out onto a plate, top, place the prepared meat, decorate with greens.
