Noodles with fried meat
Required products:
150 g pork pulp
300 g noodles cooked
10 g carrots
20 g fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 tsp. potato starch
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt - to taste
The flesh of pork and mushrooms, wash and cut into thin slices. Carrots washed, peeled and cut into thin strips 3-4 cm in length
Prepared foods fry in a preheated 160 �C oil for 5 minutes. Add 4 cups water, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, salt and bring to boil. Then enter diluted with a little water, starch and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
When serving, put on a plate the noodles, then put the meat with the vegetables and pour the sauce.
