Chicken fillet in sesame
300 g chicken fillet
50 g cucumbers
1 PCs egg
1/2 glass sesame
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
2 tsp. curry seasoning
1 tbsp. corn starch
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt - to taste

Chicken washed, cut into thin slices. Mix with egg, salt, monosodium glutamate, seasoning curry and diluted with water starch. Leave on for 30 minutes.
Pour the sesame seeds in an even layer on a flat plate. Prepared fillet breaded in sesame.
Fry the fillets in a preheated 180 �C oil on both sides until Golden brown.
When serving, place in a dish, arrange greens and cucumber.
