Mullet with mushrooms and sesame seeds
850 g mullet
200 g mushrooms
200 g rice
2 onions
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. seasoning for fish
salt
To cut the fish into fillets, leaving the skin.
Chop the onions and the mushrooms, onions passionate in butter, then add the mushrooms, fry all until cooked, add soy sauce to warm up.
Sprinkle fish fillets with seasoning, cook for a couple of 25 minutes
Boil the rice, drain it in a colander.
Served mullet with mushrooms and sesame seeds: put on a dish rice, rice - fish fillets, top with mushrooms, all sprinkled with sesame seeds and garnish with greens.
