Soup rice with tea "thee joke"

150 g chicken or salmon

3 Cup steamed rice

2 Cup freshly brewed green tea

1 plate nori-algae

1 tbsp. light sesame

1/4 tsp. wasabi

Salmon or chicken to cook on the grill until cooked, finely chopped.

On a dry pan, pour the sesame seeds and fry until Browning, stirring constantly, then pound in a mortar.

Also on a dry pan fry nori, breaking the seaweed into small pieces.

Hot boiled rice to put in the bowl, sprinkle nori and sesame seeds, to put on top of fish or chicken, lightly sprinkled with wasabi.

Served soup rice with tea "thee joke": everything in the bowl, poured the freshly brewed green tea and immediately served to the table.
