Rolls with avocado, cucumber and salmon
500 g sushi rice
200 g salted salmon
50 ml rice vinegar
30 g sugar
10 g salt
5 sheets Nori
1 avocado
1 large cucumber
wasabi, pickled ginger, soy sauce
