Crispy fried noodles
450 g egg noodles
200 g chicken (fillet)
100 g lean pork
50 g boiled shrimp
3 celery - stem
100 g Spinach - Leaf
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 garlic - clove
3 onions with herbs - head
soy sauce
dry sherry
salt
Cut the celery stalks diagonally. Wash the spinach leaves and cut into chunks.
Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until it becomes soft, but do not overcook. Drain the water.
Fry in butter chopped garlic and onion, stirring, 1 minute. Add thinly sliced pork, chicken, spinach, celery and saute for 5 minutes. Put the noodles, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, peeled shrimp, pour 1 tablespoon sherry. Warm 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put the slide on a warmed serving dish and immediately serve.
Expert's Advice
To reduce the amount of meat in this dish, you can exclude it from pork or chicken. Optionally, you can replace the excluded ingredients fresh mushrooms.
