Chicken with noodles and vegetables
250 g chicken - fillet
200 g noodles
1 onions - head
1 pcs. carrot
2 pcs. sweet red pepper
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 garlic - clove
Salt - to taste
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes. Carrots and bell pepper cut into strips, onion and garlic finely chop.
Prepared onions and saut the garlic in hot oil, add chicken, carrots, peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Pour 3/4 cup of water, cover, simmer until cooked and salt.
Noodles, boil in salted water until half cooked, fold in a colander, then connect with steamed food and warm 3 minutes on low heat.
The finished dish lay cups and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
