Fried chicken with pepper and noodles
300 g chicken
2 sweet peppers (red and yellow)
1 onion
10 g ginger
1 garlic clove
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 Teaspoon vinegar
salt, sugar, vegetable oil
Chicken cut into large cubes and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Peeled peppers, onions, ginger and garlic cut into strips, sprinkle with vinegar and fry in butter. After 5 minutes, pour soy sauce, sugar and chicken, put 3 minutes. Boil the noodles.
