Chicken Lo Main
2 skinless chicken breasts
4 Art. l. sugar
3 Art. l. or rice wine vinegar
2 Art. l. orange juice
1 Art. l. lemon juice
50 g soy sauce
120 ml chicken broth
100 ml water
1 h. l. sesame oil
2 Art. l. any vegetable oil
0.5 h. l. black pepper
2 Art. l. starch
2 Art. l. fresh ginger pounded
1 h. l. pounded garlic
200 g shiitake mushrooms or white
100 g Chinese noodles (rice, bean, egg)

Cut the meat into thin slices, put in a deep bowl, add half the amount for sugar, vinegar, juice and soy sauce and leave for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
Cook noodles and drain the water.
In another dish, prepare the sauce: Mix broth, water, sesame oil and pepper and remaining sugar, vinegar, orange and lemon juice and soy sauce. Mould a small amount of the mixture in the bowl, dissolve the starch, and there are all mixed.
On a hot frying pan or wok, pour oil, add the marinated meat and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Put on a plate and place the pan in the mushrooms and onions with ginger and garlic, cook for about 30 seconds, then add the sauce, the meat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add noodles, turn off the heat and leave for 5-7 minutes.
