Chicken in Chinese in honey-ginger sauce
1 kg chicken
vegetable oil for frying
For the batter:
1 egg
1 egg white
4 Art. l. cornstarch
? glass mineral water with gas

For the sauce:
? glass water
3 Art. l. honey
3 Art. l. grated garlic
2 h. l. sesame oil
2 h. l. grated fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon dry
1 h. l. salt
1 h. l. rice vinegar
1 h. l. cornstarch
white sesame seeds
Combine and mix all the ingredients for making batter, put it diced 3 cm approximately fillets, stir and leave for half an hour.
Warm frying, fry for 2 minutes until cooked chicken pieces, then put on a napkin to absorb excess oil.
Preparation of the sauce: heat the sesame oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and fry for half a minute, add honey, vinegar, water, salt, stir, then add mixed with 1 tsp starch water to extinguish all 2 minutes while stirring.
Pieces of chicken cooked in a sauce put, stir, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Served chicken in Chinese in honey-ginger sauce with white rice.
