Vegetable rice noodles with vegetables
150-200 g white/Savoy cabbage
100 g rice (ordinary) noodles
1 sweet pepper
1 carrots
1 a bunch of green onions
1 garlic clove
1 ginger root 2 cm
? stalk leeks
? glass chicken broth
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
soy sauce
Until ready to boil the noodles, put in a colander.
Thin rings cut into the leek, peeled, julienne cut carrots, so sweet pepper, diced chop the garlic and mash it, peel ginger root, RUB on a grater.
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil, first put the garlic, onion and ginger, fry until Golden in color, stirring occasionally, put the carrots, cook for another 30 seconds - all to do it on maximum heat.
Put pepper, chopped green onions, shredded cabbage, stir, pour chicken broth, 5 minutes to extinguish, put the noodles, stir, season with soy sauce, stir again.
Served vegetable rice noodles with vegetables hot.
