Warm salad with chicken, vegetables and noodles
200 g noodles
50 g parsley leaf
3 leeks
2 chicken breast
1 carrots
1 sweet pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. the sweet chili sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger ground
Wash vegetables, chop sticks, garlic, peel and pass through the press, to squeeze out the garlic, lemon juice, pour chili and soy sauce.
Strips cut the chicken breast, put in a pan, about 6 minutes to fry, add the vegetables and fry for a few minutes, pour the garlic sauce and add the parsley, put another 6 minutes
The noodles separately, boil until tender.
Served warm salad with chicken, vegetables and noodles: the salad is laid out on a plate, next laid out the noodles, all served in the form of heat.
