Warm salad of chicken and vegetables with spaghetti
200 g spaghetti
50 g parsley leaves
3 leeks
2 chicken breasts
2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
1 sweet pepper
? lemon
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 h. l. soy sauce
1 h. l. sweet chili sauce
? h. l. salt
? h. l. ground ginger
Garlic is clean, pass it through the press, all the vegetables washed, cut into strips.
Combine garlic with lemon juice, soy sauce and sweet.
Cut the chicken breast into strips and fry about 5-7 minutes in a pan with hot oil, add all the vegetables, parsley and prepared sauce, put out 5-7 minutes, remove from heat.
Served warm chicken salad and vegetables with spaghetti, salad can be put next to the spaghetti, or lay on top of them.
