Warm salad with vegetables and chicken liver
200 g chicken liver
2 carrots
1 sweet red pepper
1 head onions
3 tablespoons butter

Onions and carrots cleaned, chopped onion half-rings, carrot - thin strips, remove the seeds from the peppers, cut it rings.
Preheat a frying pan with oil, put the washed chicken livers, fry for 2 minutes, stirring, put vegetables, pepper and salt to taste and fry everything, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Before serving, warm salad with vegetables and chicken liver has to cool slightly and serve it should be warm.
