Chicken liver with vegetables
New Year's table, as a rule, simply burst with frills, but a few days later the pain in the stomach makes us regret overeating, which we did. Why is this happening? First of all, for the reason that many people completely forget about salads with vegetables, which allow our body to function properly.
Vegetables on New Year's table will look like something unusual, but we offer you exquisite salad recipe that will surprise even for its taste.
For the preparation of this recipe you will need the following products: 500g. chicken liver, 300gr. fresh mushrooms, 4 onions, 2 bell peppers of different colors (one yellow, one red), 2 fresh cucumber, tomato, and three, four little blue, parsley, and salt.
Finely chop the chicken livers and fry well in refined oil after liver acquire the necessary crust, add the chopped onion half-rings, and finely chopped mushrooms. Mushrooms can be cut as strips and cubes as you like.
This mixture fry until tender. After that, we leave at a certain time to cool down.
Sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, as a regular salad, cut into half rings 4 little blue and fry, not one, but all together, so that they not only roasted but extinguished. After sinenkie are tender, set aside to cool them.
