Vegetable salad with chicken liver
200 g chicken liver
200 g champignons
2 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
2-3 Art. l. olive oil
3 Art. l. goat cheese
1 Art. l. balsamic vinegar
lettuce
roasted sunflower seeds
The washed liver cut into small pieces and fry in a pan with olive oil until tender, put in a bowl.
At the same pan fry for 5 minutes, mushrooms, then add the crushed garlic and goat cheese, stir, put out 3 minutes.
Connect the mixture with mushrooms and liver.
Pick lettuce, tomato slice, connect, pepper and salt, add mushrooms to the liver, add vinegar, mix vegetable salad with chicken liver.
Before serving, add vegetable salad with chicken liver seeds.
