The Christmas salad with chicken liver "Dandelion"
400 g boiled potatoes
300 g chicken liver
200 g cheese
200 g raw carrot
150 g mushrooms oyster mushrooms or other
120 g mayonnaise

2 pinch of ground ginger

On a small grater, grate the cheese and carrots, add 3 tbsp. of mayonnaise, ginger and 2/3 tsp. turmeric, stir.
