Christmas salad "Delighted" with the liver
400 g beef liver
300 g mushrooms (or 3 boiled eggs)
1 large carrot
1 big onions
1 pickles
garlic
mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
Cut liver into strips, ready to put out.
Chop the onion and carrots in vegetable oil Abarth.
