The Christmas salad with cod liver "Poppy field"

200 g cod liver oil

80 g cheese

50 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

2 eggs

1 tomato or red pepper

1 fresh cucumber

1 onions

olives or olives

lettuce

dill

Without peeling, grate the cucumber is grated, salt, when you are juice to drain it, wring cucumbers.

With a fork mash the cod liver oil, RUB on a grater boiled eggs and cheese, chopped parsley and onion.

Combine cod, cucumber, cheese, eggs, parsley, onion, mayonnaise, pepper and stir, put Christmas salad in a salad bowl.

From tomato or sweet pepper cut poppy petals, put them on a salad, make sprigs poppy from julienne cucumbers (to soak the strips in ice water so that it becomes elastic). The greens on the salad can be made of dill.

Before serving Christmas buffet remove Christmas salad with cod liver "Poppy field" in the cold.
