Christmas tartlets with salad "Eye of the Dragon"
300 g frozen or fresh mushrooms
300 g chicken liver
150 g onions
150 g carrots
2 eggs
ready tartlets
mayonnaise

Washed, cleaned and ready to boil for about 10-15 minutes liver (after boiling).
Mushrooms and onion finely chopped, on a fine grater rub eggs, chop the herbs and rub on a fine grater raw carrots.
Onion saute in butter, then add the mushrooms and fry everything for 10-15 minutes.
Twist the liver through a meat grinder, combine eggs, mushrooms and onions, carrots and herbs, salt, add mayonnaise and mix well.
