Salad with mushrooms and liver
200 g beef liver
40 g dried porcini mushrooms
3 onions
2 eggs
2 pickles
3/4 glass mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
greens
black pepper

Rinse mushrooms 3-4 times in water, and then 2-3 hours to soak in cold water, then rinse and boil in the same water (strain it through cheesecloth 2-3 times).
Liver cook separately, allow to cool, chop.
Onions fried in butter, cucumber finely chopped, combine cucumbers and onion with the liver, add half of the mayonnaise, pepper, add chopped mushrooms, salt.
Before serving the salad with mushrooms and liver pours mayonnaise and sprinkled with herbs.
