Saltisons with the liver and mushrooms
600 g chicken
400 g chicken liver
200 g mushrooms
60 ml whiskey
8 g gelatin
1 egg
1,5 tbsp. oatmeal
Provence herbs
black pepper
salt
Rinse the liver, remove the film and veins, cut it into small pieces.
Roughly the same pieces as the liver slice the chicken.
Connect the liver and fillet with egg, oatmeal, gelatin, whiskey, add the spices and salt.
Chop the mushrooms and fry them until evaporation of the liquid, allow to cool, then mix with the "stuffing".
In the form of a brick to put everything in a rectangular baking pan.
To put a form with saltisons in great shape, into which poured a little water.
Bake saltisons with the liver and mushrooms for about 1.5 hours in the oven at 200 degrees.
Before serving Christmas buffet cool completely saltisons with the liver and mushrooms in the form.
