Chicken liver with mushrooms
300 g chicken liver
200 g mushrooms or white mushrooms
1/2 glass cream
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. wheat flour

ground black pepper
salt
dill or parsley
Processed chicken liver, simmered for 5 minutes, then separated from the broth, salt and pepper, sprinkle with flour and fry in butter for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, then add the cream, bring to a boil.
When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
