Chicken liver with broccoli
600 g broccoli
400 g chicken liver
4 tbsp. wheat flour

4 tbsp. butter
2 shallot - head
1 glass wine red
1/2 tbsp. oregano
ground black pepper, salt
Broccoli boil for 10 minutes, then drain in a colander. Chicken liver, salt, pepper, zapaniruyte in flour and fry on both sides in butter for 3 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
For the sauce, finely chop the onion and fry in a frying pan, where roasted liver. Add the wine, lightly boil, then remove from the stove, put the remaining oil, salt and pepper.
Broccoli, oregano, liver connect with sauce, serve with slices of white bread.
