Appetizer with chicken liver
250 g chicken liver
2 onions
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
2 tbsp. grated hard cheese
black pepper
salt
Chop the onion and liver cubes, fry in butter, pepper and salt.
Put liver and onions into molds, pour the sour cream, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven until Golden brown.
Serve a snack of hot, garnished with parsley.
