Profiteroles with chicken liver
350 g chicken liver
250 ml water
180 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
100 g butter
4 eggs
1 carrot
1 head onions
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/3 tsp ground black pepper
