Julien poultry
300-400 g chicken - the flesh
300 g fresh mushrooms
1 Art. l. wheat flour

1 glass chicken broth or milk
5 Art. l. butter
1 glass sour cream
1 Art. l. grated cheese

Prepare the sauce: dry the flour in a pan, stirring, without changing the color, cool, type 2 tbsp. tablespoons oil, broth or milk, salt and stirring frequently, bring to a boil. The white cream sauce mix with a ratio of 1: 1 to a boil.
Slice the mushrooms, chicken chop the flesh into strips and fry in 2 tbsp. spoons of oil.
Chicken and mushrooms pulp pour sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, sprinkle with 1 tbsp. spoon melted butter and bake in the oven.
