Gratin with chicken and rice
200 ml chicken broth
100 g rice round
100 g hard cheese
130 ml cream sauce
3 sprigs parsley
1 chicken breast
1 head onions
1 bay leaves
2 tablespoons butter

Gratin - Fine French dish made from simple ingredients and enjoy both adults and children.
Boil chicken breast, broth leave, chicken cut by small cubes.
Onions cleaned, cut into rings 1 tbsp butter fry until transparent.
Add to the onions rice, fry until browning the rice, stirring, then pour in the broth, put the parsley (branches), podsolit, add the bay leaf and thyme, all boil over low heat until the liquid evaporation - rice should be ready in about 15 minutes.
Grease with butter forms gratin, put the rice in a circle in the middle put the chicken.
In warm 1 tablespoon gravy boat butter, add the same amount of flour, stir quickly until smooth and gradually put the cream with the rapid and constant stirring, pepper and salt, add the grated cheese (half), stir and bring to melt cheese.
Put cooked in sauce form with gratin, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese, baked gratin with chicken and rice for 10-15 minutes in the oven at a temperature of strong until golden brown.
