Lasagna with chicken and mushrooms

Chicken, cut in half, pour 1 liter of water and a half of wine standards, add salt, onion, celery, a few peppercorns and simmer until cooked at low boil. Chicken cool, separate the flesh from the bones and cut into small pieces. Broth.
Minced garlic lightly fry in oil, add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes, then add flour, cook, stirring, for 5-7 minutes. Cool slightly, pour the remaining broth and wine, boil the sauce until thick. Remove from heat, add the greens, slice of cheese, cream and stir.
Cook the lasagna sheets in salted water, dip a few minutes in cold water.
In rectangular pour a little sauce, place a layer of lasagna, her part of the chicken, pour sauce. Alternate layers 3-4. The top layer pour the remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 230 � C for 40-50 minutes.
