The Christmas salad with veal and mushrooms
300 g veal boiled
3 eggs boiled
2 potatoes boiled
2 carrots boiled
1 Bank mushrooms marinated
1 head onions
mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
spicy mustard
pepper
salt
Peel the potatoes, carrots, egg, finely chop the onion, put the mushrooms in a colander, rinse.
Finely chop the mushrooms, the portion set aside for registration of salad.
Potatoes, carrots cut into small cubes, so as to cut the meat, egg yolk, mash with a fork.
Mix 100 g of mayonnaise with mustard.
Put the lettuce in the form of a circle layers: beef, mayonnaise, onions, mushrooms, mayonnaise, potatoes, mayonnaise, carrots, egg yolks, mayonnaise, grated protein.
