Christmas salad with veal and mushrooms "Fairy Tale"
500 g veal
450 g champignons
300 g light mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
2 medium carrots
1 bunch of dill
1 average onions
? ripe pomegranate
Boil until tender veal, salted water and adding spices to taste, let cool and cut into small pieces.
Boil the carrots, peel, rub on a medium grater.
Boil hard boiled eggs, peel, three yolks separately and postpone rubbed on a fine grater, others rubbed on a medium grater.
Finely chop green onions, chopped onions and fry in butter, add the mushrooms, salt and fry until cooked until all the liquid has evaporated, allow to cool.
Garnet get grain, finely chopped dill.
Smear mayonnaise salad form, spread Christmas salad layers: beef, green onions, eggs, onions and mushrooms, carrots, egg yolks. Each layer is lubricated with mayonnaise.
Around dish salad sprinkle with dill, before being sent to New Year's table draw Christmas salad with veal and mushrooms "Fairy Tale" on top of pomegranate seeds and mayonnaise.
