Christmas Salad "Bank Holiday"
400 g Potato
300 g carrots
300 g cooked chicken
200 g pickled mushrooms
3 eggs
1 stalk leek (white part) or head bulb
mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

Until ready to cook in uniform with carrots and potatoes, remove from the water, allow to cool and clean.
Rubbed on a fine grater potato, do the same with carrots, finely chopped cooked chicken.
On a fine grater rub boiled eggs, finely chopped mushrooms.
Chop the onion half-rings, if you use onions, chopped, pour boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain the water.
