Christmas Salad "Mushroom hill"

300 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

20 g gelatin

2-3 boiled eggs

2 boiled potato tuber

1 Bank of canned peas

1 boiled beets

1 pickled cucumber

1 boiled carrots

Appearance:

salted or pickled whole mushrooms

Dunk, then dissolve gelatin, combine mayonnaise.

Boiled vegetables clean, rub on a grater, finely chop the remaining ingredients.

Spread salad layers, each lubricating mayonnaise, deep in the round shape, laid by cling film: eggs, cucumber, carrots, peas, potatoes, green onion rings, beets, lettuce on top and smoothed away in the cold.

Before serving remove the New Year's table salad Christmas "Mushroom hill" in the cold for at least 3-4 hours, then turn on the platter, remove the plastic wrap from the top draw Christmas salad greens and whole mushrooms.
