Christmas salad with beans, mushrooms and chocolate "Furor"

300 g fresh mushrooms

150 g cheese

75 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

75 g sour cream

3 boiled eggs

1 clove of garlic

1 boiled beets

1 onions

1 Bank of canned red beans (in its own juice)

? lemon

4 h. l. chopped walnuts

2 h. l. grated chocolate

Lay deep circular salad with cling film.

Mayonnaise and sour cream mix.

Cut plastics mushrooms, fry them in vegetable oil, put on the bottom of the form.

Finely chop the onion, rubbed on a fine grater cheese and beets.

Share on mushrooms half the cheese, sauce fluff.

The next layer put grated egg yolks, then beans, sauce, grated proteins, onions, beets, garlic, remove the salad cold.

Thin triangles cut lemon, chocolate mixed with nuts.

Turn the salad on a platter forms, remove the foil, coat with salad dressing, put a circle of lemons triangles on top of the salad, pour the rest of the cheese slide, leaving prominent lemons.
