Warm salad of chicken, potatoes and sweet peppers
300 g chicken breast fillets
200 g potatoes
1 cucumber
1/2 sweet red pepper
1/2 sweet green pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
Wash, peel potatoes, cut in the form of "boats" cubes, dipped in salted boiling water until ready to boil, then drain the water, let the potatoes dry.
Wash peppers, remove seeds, chop sticks, cucumber cut into circles.
Julienne cut chicken, pepper it, and add salt and fry in a frying pan with the oil for about 6 minutes, then transfer to selanik.
Add to the chicken vegetables and potatoes, pepper, add olive oil, stir and immediately file a warm salad of chicken, potatoes and sweet peppers to the table.
