For the recipe You will need:

2 PCs chicken (breast)

200 g chanterelles

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 PCs onion



1 PCs green peppers

8 PCs salad (large leaves)

black pepper (ground), red pepper (freshly ground) to taste

soy sauce - to taste

4 tbsp. mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show

1 tbsp. the spicy ketchup

1 tbsp. wine table

Chicken Breasts cook in boiling salted water until tender, peel off the fillet. Chanterelles rinse, boil in boiling salted water 5 minutes.

Fillet and mushrooms cool, cut into strips, fry in hot oil for 3-5 minutes. Onion finely shred the peppers cut in half, remove the stem with seeds and white pulp, cut into thin strips. Add the vegetables to the fillet with mushrooms and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Season with soy sauce, black pepper.

Lettuce, wash, drain, finely chop. Laced to the salad. Connect the mayonnaise, ketchup, wine, pepper, and whisk.

The salad can be served cold or hot, put on a dish. To hot salad stack next slide lettuce. The sauce is served separately.
