Salad with sweet peppers, ham, mozzarella and potato
300 g pork
200 g mozzarella cheese
3 tuber potatoes boiled
2 sweet peppers of different colors
8 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
lettuce
pepper, salt
Cut the potatoes into small slices, put on a baking tray covered with baking paper, add salt and pepper, brush with 1 tablespoon oil.
Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds, skin up to lay out on a baking potato.
Put the peppers and potatoes in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10 minutes, then the peppers to get and cover with a damp towel to cool.
Pork cut into slices, mix curry powder and 3 tablespoons of oil, put the pork to the potatoes to coat the potatoes oil sauce with curry, bake still 3-4 minutes
Pick by hand with lettuce, put in a salad bowl, cheese RUB on a grater or finely cut, carefully remove the skin from the peppers, cut them in slices.
Give the pork and the potatoes to cool, put on lettuce, there lay the pepper, grated cheese.
The remaining oil mixed with lemon juice, pour over the salad, season with salt and pepper, mix salad with sweet peppers, ham, mozzarella and potatoes and serve.
