Vegetable salad with roasted sweet peppers
10 sweet peppers
3 tomato
1 head onions
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
greens
salt
The peppers should take a beautiful, fleshy, ripe.
Wash the peppers, bake in a pan on the stove on each side, put in the pan, salt, cover with a cloth, wait for cooling peppers, then peel, put in a salad bowl.
Add the peppers, vinegar, oil, chopped dill, chopped tomatoes and onion rings.
Served salad with roasted sweet peppers 1-2 h after preparation.
