Roasted peppers with tomatoes and onions
Ingredients:
- 15 PCs pepper
- 4 bulbs
- 4 PCs tomato
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- Vegetable oil
- Salt, coriander, cloves, Bay leaf, pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Washed pepper wipe with a dry towel and put on with parchment baking sheet. Sprinkle with butter and bake until cooked in the oven.
While baked pepper, cut tomato slices and onion half-rings.
Fry in a pan the onions until Golden brown. Then add tomatoes, cover with a lid and fry. After 5 minutes, add salt, lightly sprinkle with sugar, peremeshaem and fry for 5 minutes, covered. At the end put the Bay leaf, spices.
Ready pepper peel and seeds, neatly cut in half.
Put in a bowl, put our tomatoes, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and herbs. You can submit to the plate layers, and can all gently to mix, and you have a vegetable mix.
