Stuffed tomatoes peppers
50 sweet peppers
1.5 kg onions
small tomatoes
For the marinade:
100 g salt
1 glass sugar
1 glass vegetable oil
1 glass vinegar
Prepare the peppers by cutting the stalk and seeds removed, wash the tomatoes, chop the onion rings.
In each put pepper 1 whole tomato, pouring onion rings, put the peppers in a pan.
All the ingredients for the marinade to combine and bring to a boil, pour over peppers, boil on low heat for 20 minutes.
