Stuffed peppers and cabbage
1 l water
300 g vegetable oil
300 g sugar
250 g vinegar
1 Art. l. salt

green bell pepper
carrot
Remove seeds from peppers and pestle, finely chop the cabbage and carrots grate, a little salt and cabbage suppress hands - she let the juice, then combine it with grated carrots, stir and fill with a mixture of peppers.
Preparation of the marinade: in a liter of water add vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil and salt, boil stuffed peppers marinated for 5-7 minutes, add up the peppers in jars.
Then canning is done in the traditional way: stuffed peppers filled with marinade, sprinkle with herbs and chopped garlic, sterilized jars (1 liter - 5 minutes, 2n - 10 minutes, 3 liters - 15 minutes), roll back covers.
