Stuffed cabbage, tomatoes and bell peppers
Ingredients:
500 g cabbage
300 g ripe tomatoes
300 g pepper
200 g onion
100 g vegetable oil
Salt - to taste
Bell peppers, tomatoes and onion slice and fry in vegetable oil. Nasech cabbage, pour boiling water, leave the lid to cool, squeeze and mix with the browned vegetables, salt.
Form cabbage, put in a saucepan, cover with salted boiling water and simmer on low heat, covered until tender.
